Heater, Smoke Dischargers, Alternator & Turret Interior

Productive week or so....  Turret interior paintwork finished and some electrical items refitted along with the Turret Traverse gearbox.

Interior Heater Box stripped, checked, Painted and refitted.

Smoke dis-chargers..  fitted to Turret exterior on freshly painted brackets.
Note: The Smoke Grenade Launchers are considered as weapons... so have to be "deactivated"  .. photos show the firing "pins" and associated wiring etc being removed and disposed of !!

Alternator checked and given undercoat today.. looks to be in good condition internally.

Fuel Pump removed, checked and replaced.  Fuel filter assembly cleaned & Painted.  The filter bowl and old filter were clogged up with what looked like soil !!  Hopefully the fuel tank is not full of crap !!!!

New fuel pipe ordered for fuel tank to pump (old one corroded).. other steel fuel pipes checked.. all ok.

Gearbox oil filter checked & painted

Various other small items painted.
